VR Arena FAQs
No prior VR experience is needed. Our staff will get your group set up and walk you through everything before your session starts. First-timers are very welcome — most of our guests have little or no VR experience.
VR Escape Rooms run up to 60 minutes. VR Games vary in length. Plan for at least an hour per session including setup and briefing time. Our staff will walk your group through how the equipment works before you begin.
Most VR experiences accommodate 2-6 players per session. VR escape rooms allow 2-6 players. VR games vary by title. The VR Arenas are a great option for friend groups, family outings, birthday parties, and corporate team building.

We do our best to accommodate guests with mobility needs in our VR experiences. Because VR games and escape rooms involve active movement through physical space, some experiences may be more accessible than others. Call us at 512-351-7312 before your visit to discuss which experiences work best for your group’s needs.
There is no strict height requirement for most experiences, but guests must be able to comfortably wear a VR headset and follow instructions. We recommend ages 7+ for family VR games and ages 10+ for VR escape rooms.
Family-friendly VR games like Party Playland and Kitchen Panic are great for kids ages 7 and up. VR escape rooms are best suited for ages 10 and up. Some experiences — like Alien Infection (our Nightmare-level escape room) — contain horror elements and are intended for teens and adults.
The VR Arenas are open Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. Tuesday is our only fully closed day. Check our current hours and availability on the booking page.
VR Games are action-focused free-roam experiences — you and your group move around a physical space while playing cooperative games like zombie shooters, archery battles, and cooking competitions. VR Escape Rooms are structured 60-minute puzzle experiences where your group works together to solve challenges and escape a themed virtual environment. Both use full VR headsets.
We offer 15+ VR escape rooms across three difficulty levels. Easy: Parvus Box, Lunarscape Breakdown, Space Station Tiberia. Medium: Dragon Tower, B-Block Breakout, Greenium, School of Magic, SuperHero, Runaway Train, Pirates Plague, Time Travel Paradox, Manor of Escape, Alien Infection. Hard: Mansion of Death, Alice in Wonderland, Depths of Osiris, Cyberscape. All escape rooms accommodate 2-6 players.

Virtual reality (VR) puts screens directly over your eyes and replaces your entire view with a digital world, which can cause motion sickness. Verse uses augmented reality (AR), meaning the headset projects 3D content into the real room around you while you can still see your actual surroundings and the people with you. No motion sickness, no disorientation, and you experience it together.
