What is a Hologram Room?
Interact in Our Hologram Rooms – A brand new, unique interactive experience in Austin, TX you have to see to believe. Our special glasses and motion wands let you interact with life-like hologram animals or other incredible attractions. Call or stop in to inquire!
The Experience
4 Person Bundle. Enjoy our 30 Min Hologram Zoo. Choose between Africa or Dinosaurs. After, hop on over to our Immersive Hologram Room for 30 Minutes. Can add additional guests (Max 6 total) for $24.95 each.
Hologram Room FAQs
Each Hologram Room session runs approximately 30 minutes. It’s typically bundled with the Hologram Zoo (also 30 minutes), giving you about an hour of combined immersive experience. Add the arcade or Verse Immersive and you can easily make it a 2–3 hour outing.
The Hologram Rooms accommodate up to 6 guests per session. The Zoo + Hologram Room bundle is priced for 4 guests at $85–99, with additional guests available at $24.95 each up to the 6-person maximum.

Manual wheelchairs are fully accommodated in the Hologram Rooms. Please note that electric/motorized wheelchairs may interfere with the infrared tracking technology that powers the interactive experience. If you have questions about your specific mobility device, call us at 512-351-7312 before your visit.
No — the Hologram Rooms use interactive projection technology, not virtual reality. You wear 3D glasses and use motion wands, but there is no VR headset. You can see the real room around you the entire time, so there is no motion sickness.
The Hologram Rooms are great for ages 5 and up. Guests use motion wands and 3D glasses to interact with holographic creatures and environments. Because the rooms are interactive and slightly more physically active than the zoo, we recommend ages 5+ for the best experience. All ages are welcome, and the rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Hologram Rooms are interactive experiences where you and your group use motion wands and 3D glasses to interact with holographic creatures and environments projected around you. Unlike the walk-through Hologram Zoo, the rooms are interactive — you can reach out and interact with holographic creatures, complete challenges, and play games together. No VR headsets required.
Please make sure your entire group arrives on time. The Hologram Zoo runs on a set schedule, and guests who miss their timed slot may be placed in the next available session or may join an in-progress group and miss some content. We recommend arriving a few minutes early.
