Appropriate for children aged 5 and older, this cutting-edge technology also provides an exceptional experience for adults. It’s a crowd-pleaser for individuals of all ages! Take note, animals do “surprise” you throughout the experience so may not be for the faint hearted. There are kid sized glasses to wear (just like regular sunglasses but a little heavier). If your child doesn’t like wearing glasses, they may not experience the full effects.
Absolutely not! Virtual Reality involves wearing screens over your eyes, and it’s known to cause motion sickness in over 50% of users. Holograms, on the other hand, represent an entirely distinct technology where objects appear to float in the real world without the associated motion sickness issues commonly seen in Virtual Reality.
There is no violence or animals dying, some parts might be scary for very young or sensitive children.

No. Young children under 5 are free. You may be prepared to carry them through the experience though as it can be a little dark.
Yes, it is in a shopping center so there is lots of close parking and toilets, and all of our attractions are entirely wheelchair-friendly.
The hologram zoo is a timed scheduled experience. Please let your group know that they miss their timed slot if not on time. If this happens, we will get them in the next available time or they can start with the group a little late. In doing so, they may miss some of the content or have to slide into with another group. We buffer in some time for lateness, but not much. We will do our best to accommodate where we can.
One zoo experience has about 30 minutes of content. (There is a 2nd zoo with upgraded Dinosaur content that can take another 30 minutes) There is also an opportunity to take a group picture and pick out a free gift which is about 10-15 minutes. In addition, we have an arcade for some added fun. You can easily have a 2 to 3 hour family adventure if you so choose.
